By accessing or using Findem.online ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Findem.online is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By signing up, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to verify your age and deny access to anyone found to be underage.

3. Account Types

Users may register as either a Creator or a Brand. You may only maintain one account type per user.

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree not to: - Use false information or impersonate another person or brand - Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content - Post or engage in hate speech, harassment, fraud, or abusive behaviour - Misrepresent follower counts or social identity - Use Findem for scams or solicitation unrelated to legitimate creator-brand collaboration.

5. Verification

We may require social account verification for creators and identity checks for brands. We reserve the right to reject or remove any account we believe to be fraudulent, misleading, or unsafe for the platform.

6. Content Moderation

All content uploaded is subject to review. We use both automated systems and manual review to detect and remove inappropriate language, graphic content, nudity, or illegal material. Accounts that violate our standards may be suspended or removed at any time.

7. No Guarantee of Engagement

Findem is a platform to facilitate connections. We do not guarantee results, outcomes, or specific collaborations. Creators and Brands are solely responsible for any contractual agreements or payment terms between them.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on Findem.online for promotional and functional purposes. All platform branding and UI is the property of Findem.

9. Right to Refuse Access

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

10. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Google Analytics, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to the platform without notice if you breach these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Findem.online is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by users on or off the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
